The MA-BSZ floor access cover system is made of 2.5 mm thick stainless steel.
The tray has a depth of 50 mm, and the installation height is 75 mm.
The frame is equipped with a special seal that is resistant to frost and weather conditions, protecting against water infiltration and odor leakage.
The frame is fixed by pouring concrete flush with the floor level. The tray can then be filled and inserted into the frame.
The cover is supported by two high-quality gas struts, allowing one person to easily open and close it.
Safety is ensured by a fall-protection device.
The tray can be filled with various types of flooring materials such as stone, tiles, concrete, resin, granite, wood, and other hard flooring materials.
It features a central locking system and can be opened both from the outside and the inside.
The "FIRE-RESISTANT" version includes a fire protection plate located at the bottom of the tray, providing EI90 fire resistance.
