The Sistema PRO+ TH floor access manhole cover is made of aluminum with a thickness of 2.5 mm.
The tray has a depth of 65 mm and an installation height of 75 mm.
The frame is equipped with a special gasket that is resistant to frost and weather conditions, providing protection against leaks and the escape of odors.
The frame is fixed by pouring concrete flush with the floor level. Afterwards, the tray can be filled and inserted into the frame.
For installation, the cover is secured to the frame using locking screws and can be removed with the special lifting key provided.
The tray can be filled with stone flooring, tiles, concrete, resin, granite, wood, hard flooring, or other types of materials.
The "THERMAL" version is equipped with insulating panels made of rigid polyurethane foam with aluminum coating on both sides, 80 mm thick. These are fixed inside an angled frame and can be easily inserted into the structure after installation.
